Barb Egenhofer

 

Barb Egenhofer, Chief Talent Guru of Cardenta Consulting, is a Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with broad and deep experience in bringing a strategic business and integrated talent management approach to companies and executive leaders.

As a human resources executive, Barb consistently focuses on building the best organizations by strategically delivering innovative programs and strategies designed to attract, develop, retain and engage diverse talent.   She ensures her clients maintain a competitive advantage in the market by solidifying an exceptional talent pool that is engaged, enabled and challenged, by providing consulting services in cultural transformation, leadership development, organizational capability and design, team effectiveness, collaboration and change management.

Barb’s experience includes Executive Human Resource leadership positions in wine and spirits, global manufacturing, healthcare, marketing and consulting services organizations.

Barb earned her MBA in Organizational Development, Human Resources and Management from Northwestern University –  J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and has a Bachelor of Science in business from Nazareth College.

Barb is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessments, Predictive Index, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC Personal Assessment Tool, GUIDE Coaching – ISHR Group and Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 2.

Barb truly believes in giving back to the community, and is an active board member for the Bivona Child Advocacy Council, the Nazareth HR Advisory Committee, the RIT Business Ethics & Corporate Responsibility Board and the Board of Advisors for the Moxie Exchange.  She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Women of the Vine Advisory Board.

In her free time, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, horses and dogs.  She loves watersports, snow skiing, tennis, running, biking, horseback riding, hiking and wine.
